1. What cookies and similar technologies we use

We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences (including your cookie choice), and — with your consent — to provide live chat support and to record error-triggered session replays that help us fix bugs.

2. Essential vs non-essential

Essential cookies are required to run the site (authentication, security, and remembering your consent choice) and do not require consent. Non-essential cookies and similar technologies — such as the Tawk.to live-chat widget and Sentry Session Replay — load only after you accept.

3. Tawk.to live chat

Our support chat is provided by Tawk.to. It is a non-essential tool and is loaded only after you accept cookies. If you reject cookies, the chat widget will not load and Tawk.to will not receive your data.

4. Sentry Session Replay

To diagnose bugs we use Session Replay from Sentry. It is a non-essential tool and starts only after you accept cookies. Once started it keeps a short rolling recording of what happened on the page in your browser and sends it to Sentry only when an error occurs, so a recording covers the moments around an error rather than your whole visit.

Text and form inputs in a recording are masked and images, video and other media are blocked, so what you type and read on the page is not visible in it. To tell one visit apart from another it stores a session identifier in your browser's sessionStorage, which ends when you close the tab. If you reject cookies, replay never starts. If you reject after having accepted, it stops recording and removes that identifier.

5. Managing your consent

You choose Accept or Reject on the cookie banner shown on your first visit. Your choice is stored in your browser. To change it, clear your browser's site data for zarox.io; the banner will appear again so you can choose afresh.

6. Cookie categories

• Authentication (essential) — provided by Clerk to keep you signed in.
• Consent preference (essential) — stores your Accept/Reject choice.
• Live chat (non-essential, consent required) — provided by Tawk.to.
• Session replay (non-essential, consent required) — provided by Sentry; uses sessionStorage for a session identifier that ends when you close the tab.
